A non-profit organization founded in 2018, the Gaspésie Cleantech Hub (Pôle des technologies propres de la Gaspésie) is a tool of regional economic development that aims to create industrial symbiosis by substituting the inputs and using the outputs of the McInnis cement plant in order to create wealth for the benefit of communities while reducing the plant’s environmental footprint.

The team at the Gaspésie Cleantech Hub has extensive experience in fields related to its activities. With a degree in forestry engineering, Guy Pardiac has a long track record in business management, business development and client prospecting. For his part, Pierre Sanschagrin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and has worked for several years in corporate environmental management and project management.
